White Chocolate Funfetti Cake Mix Cookies super easy -- sprinkles
make them fun! Change out the sprinkle colors to coordinate these soft and
tender cookies with any occasion.
Who doesn't love sprinkles?? -- They're so pretty and fun! I mean, the very
name "funfetti" that's given to sprinkle-filled things even says they're fun,
right? So there's just no denying they are.
And when those fun sprinkles are baked into a tender and soft white chocolate
cookie? -- They become super fun.
White Chocolate Funfetti Cake Mix Cookies have both cake mix and white
chocolate instant pudding mix as the base of their dough. This not only makes
them incredibly easy to make, it also makes them bake up really soft and
tender. Which is just the way we love our cookies.

The dough is then packed with white chocolate chips, combining with the
instant pudding mix to deliver up fabulous white chocolate flavor in every
bite.
Now, packing sprinkles in is a bonus that simply brings on extra cookie joy.
Because sure, you could make straight-up White Chocolate Cake Mix Cookies
without the "funfetti" fun. -- But we can all use some sprinkle joy, don't you
think?
Plus, sprinkles make these cookies extra lovely and allow them to be
color-coordinated to most any occasion. I personally think the spring-ish
pastel mix of the cookies in the first photo above is absolutely adorable. And
you can simply change out the sprinkle colors to make these cookies match any
holiday or event -- like, for example, the Valentines Day-colored cookies in
the photo below.
But no matter what color sprinkles you use, White Chocolate Funfetti Cake Mix
Cookies are one tasty sweet treat that's sure to please.

White Chocolate Funfetti Cake Mix Cookies Ingredients:
It takes just 6 ingredients to make these adorable and tasty White Chocolate
Funfetti Cake Mix Cookies. To whip up a batch, you'll need:
- White cake mix - Serves as the foundation of the cake mix cookie dough. To keep white chocolate the focus of the flavor, we do not recommend substituting a different cake mix flavor (such as yellow or butter golden) for white cake mix in these cookies.
- White chocolate instant pudding mix - Flavors the cookies and helps them bake up soft and tender.
- Canola oil - Adds the fat needed for the cookies. You can use vegetable oil instead, if you'd like.
- Eggs - Provides moisture and the leavening needed for the cookie's dough and to create the structure of the baked cookies.
- White chocolate chips - Brings an extra jolt of white chocolate flavor to the finished cookies. Look for white chocolate baking chips in the baking aisle of the grocery store, alongside the regular chocolate chips.
- Sprinkles - Bring on the funfetti fun! Change out the sprinkle colors to coordinate these cookies with any occasion.
How to Make White Chocolate Funfetti Cake Mix Cookies:
Taking advantage of white cake mix and white chocolate instant pudding mix
as the base of their dough, White Chocolate Funfetti Cake Mix Cookies are
incredibly easy to make.
To get a batch started, simply mix together a box of dry cake mix, a package of dry white chocolate
instant pudding mix, some oil and two eggs until their well combined. Stir
in some white chocolate chips.
Then mix in a few tablespoons of sprinkles. You can use any type of sprinkles.
-- We find a mixture of both jimmies and non-pareil type sprinkles gives great color.
You may need to sort of press down with your spatula or spoon as you mix in
the sprinkles to get them to adhere well into the dough.
Once the dough is mixed, form it into balls just larger than a walnut and place the dough balls 2 inches
apart on an ungreased baking sheet. I use a cookie scoop to make this step
extra easy and to help keep my cookies close to equal in size.
Pop the pan in the oven and bake the cookies for about 10 minutes until
they're set. Allow them to cool on the pan for about a minute, and then remove them to a cooling
rack to cool completely.
Then you're good to go with enjoying the white chocolate deliciousness! Loaded
with fabulous white chocolate flavor and sprinkle funfetti fun, White
Chocolate Funfetti Cake Mix Cookies are one tasty sweet treat that's sure to
please.
