There is never a shortage of jalapeno peppers in our house. They're a staple -- much like flour, sugar, and milk it seems. Though I have to admit, I didn't really realize how much of my cooking is inspired by Mexican and spicy flavors until I pulled together this collection of Cinco de Mayo food and drink recipes.
