A while back, I had a group of friends over one afternoon for a "blog tasting party" ... I made a bunch of new-to-me dishes ... and they agreed to be my 'tasting' guinea pigs and give feedback about all the dishes.  It was sooo much fun!

Sometimes you just need a new set of taste buds to try out the recipes you're working with.  Plus, it was a fun way to spend time with friends, too.

Well, these Bite-Sized Pepperoni & Sausage Pizza Puffs were one of the definite 'keepers' from that day {along with Barbecue Roasted Mixed Nuts and Spiced Browned Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies}.

It's taken me a while to get around to sharing these yummies with you because they needed just a tad more tweaking.  That tweaking is done, and I'm 100% happy with them now!  And happy to share them with you.

What my friends loved best about these Bite-Sized Pizza Puffs was they're a great snack for the kids.  They said their kids would gobble them up in a heartbeat.  And yep, ... they did!  I sent the leftovers home with one of my friends, and her two boys had them gone in a flash.

These are perfect for after school snacking.  Late night snacking.  A party nibble.  Game day.  Or even as a super fun lunchbox treat!

Serve them up with a little pizza sauce on the side for dipping, and dunk away to your heart's content.  How's that for easy bite-sized pizza snacking fun?

How to cook Bite-Sized Pepperoni & Sausage Pizza Puffs

  14. Hi Tracey. This look awesome. Have you ever tried freezing them? I'm thinking in terms of make ahead for family get togethers and to have to pop a couple out as snack at anytime. Just wondered if maybe you had tried that. Thanks! Just found your blog and love it!

    1. Hi, Barbara! I have not tried freezing them ... but I would think it would work. Bake them, freeze them, thaw them ... then pop them back in the oven for a few minutes to warm them up. I've had success re-heating them from the refrigerator, so I say give freezing them a try!
