Glazed Cantaloupe Salad Ingredients:

- Fresh cantaloupe - One fresh cantaloupe melon, cubed, creates the base of the salad.
- Red grapes - Seedless red grapes combine beautifully with the cantaloupe, adding a nice pop of sweetness.
- Maple syrup - Serves as the base of the cantaloupe salad glaze. Use 100% pure maple syrup, not the fake stuff.
- Ground cinnamon - A touch of ground cinnamon brings fabulous flavor to the glaze.
- Fresh lemon juice - Brightens and enhances the maple and cinnamon flavors of the salad's glaze.
How to Make Glazed Cantaloupe Salad:
To make Glazed Cantaloupe Salad, start by preparing the glaze. In a large bowl, whisk together some pure maple syrup, a bit of fresh lemon juice, and some ground cinnamon.
Cut a cantaloupe into cubes and add it to the bowl with the prepared glaze. Then, add in some seedless red grapes. If the grapes are on the small side, leave them whole. If they're big, you may want to cut them in halves.
Gently toss the fruit and glaze together, making sure to get all the cantaloupe and grapes coated in glaze. Then, you're good to go! Serve the cantaloupe salad immediately, or refrigerate it for about 30 minutes to 1 hour before serving.
