Easy 3-Ingredient Lemon Ice Cream
With just three simple ingredients, this easy homemade 3-ingredient Lemon Ice Cream is almost effortless to whip up! It's the perfect tasty frozen treat.

ingredients:
- 2 c. REAL® whipping cream or heavy cream
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 2 lemons
instructions:
How to cook Easy 3-Ingredient Lemon Ice Cream
- Chill a large mixing bowl and the beaters of an electric mixer (or whisk attachment of a stand mixer) in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes. Remove from the refrigerator and pour the whipping cream into the chilled bowl.
- Beat on high speed for one minute. Add sugar and continue to beat on high speed until soft peaks form.
- Zest one of the lemons; finely chop the zest. Add zest and 6 tablespoons fresh lemon juice to the whipped cream; stir gently until combined.
- Cover and freeze until mixture is set, about 4 hours or more.
